This company uses contractors to push their schemes that "set-up" cable accounts. Their employees are expected to sell products to poor suckers that have no idea what they are getting into. They are told to lie and say they are the actual company and sell "bundles" to people that cannot possibly afford or need them. The quality control part of management are all on a power trip, threatening the agents with their jobs, making it impossible to ever make anything more than minimum wage. They are told to prevent people from bonusing (making extra money), knit-picking their calls to automatically generate zero progress . Management can never answer questions because they are too busy on the internet or their personal cell phones to help their teams. Trying to move up to a better position is also a joke. If you're not somebody's "buddy" you have no chance of ever being anything but a pee-on. |

I had a perfectly awful experience with this company doing business as an agent of Verizon Internet. I called a local number for Plano TX. and eventually got through to this agent who gave me so much incorrect information that I won't even recount the story. I then took his bad information as the solution to my Internet problem and passed it on to others who took their own action. I also incurred additional expense to hire someone to pick up a router and deliver it to my house, which is what he told me to do.
Only when the local Verizon store called did I learn that I had been massively misinformed on the most basic issues. I called back and got through to this agent's supervisor who was so sorry and promised to coach the sales rep, but couldn't fix my problem. She escalated to her supervisor who told me everything I didn't need to know except how he was going to fix a problem which was now far worse than it had been originally. He finally tried to transfer me to Verizon Customer Service to expedite an installation date but dropped the call twice. The third time the call went through to someone who Indian accent was so bad that I could not understand him nor was Cody on the line. .
I am now three hours into this mess and Mr. Cody is unavailable by phone. I am writing to the president of this company and Verizon Internet. This lousy service is exactly why I dropped Verizon Internet in the first place!@!! |
