TOOK MY MONEY TWICE AND DIDNT DELIVER PRODUCT |
5th of Nov, 2011 by trk |
On August 28th, 2011 I purchased a so-called deal via savemore.com involving collapsible water bottles for $5. The website the link took me to was WaterBottle.bz where the voucher was to be redeemed. The payment was issued thru my credit card and I have not received the product in over 2 months with limited to no response from the seller and very poor communication. Shipment #100004148 for Order #100003332. There is no way to track the order on the main website and the company claims it was shipped via usps. It is now 2 months later and still no help from savemore or waterbottle.bz in resolving this.
Similarly on October 10th I purchased another so-called deal via savemore.com this time involving a Three-Channel RC mini Helicopter with Working Light and Gyroscope and was charged $15 after coupon, etc. also paid thru credit card at GadgetGear.tv. Order #100003031. The confirmation email was received from gadgetgear.tv and was extremely identical to the confirmation received from waterbottle.bz and the order numbers and layout of the email were almost a match which led me to believe I was dealing with a scam! Gadgetgear.tv rep told me I would receive an email once the product ships in around 14-21 days. This is the same exact time frame given via waterbottle.bz, which also said a seperate email would be sent out once the item(s) shipped.
The two instances are far too identical to allow me to believe this savemore company or its affiliates are legit. It's a conspiracy and I'm unable to get solid answers. I would like help in getting my money back ASAP as I do not believe the products have or will be shipped! A total of $20 has been charged ($5 from waterbottle.bz and $15 from gadgetgear.tv) and payments issued for my purchases. I've done some research and found that countless other people have been scammed as well from these same products. I have copies of both product confirmation emails and websites from the alleged companies showing the similarities in layout and content even in the responses given by both seperate parties.
This is not right! For www.Waterbottl.bz Email: [email protected], Phone:(800) 461-9591, Address: Water Bottle, 1431 Greenway Dr., Ste. 800, Irving, TX 75038. For GadgetGear.tv Email: [email protected], Phone:(888) 820-8296, Address: Gadget Gear, LLC., 2435 North Central Expressway,12th Floor, Richardson, TX 75080. Please advise if any other information is needed to assist in the matter. |

You think you got scammed? I paid 89 dollars to savemore.com for the gps and its been a whole month they haven't sent anything or sent any new emails. I tried to contact them, the number never answers no matter what time or day and they don't respond to emails. I am going to be honest I ordered from save more before, (the power bands) and they took 3 months to get to me. So even if I do get it in 3 months that's still bull and false advertisement. |

This site is definitely a scam! I have been fighting with them to try to get my money back from the $5 for $10 CVS gift card. They are actually responding to my emails but I'm getting nowhere so I doubt I'll ever get my 5 bucks back...it's been over 20 days since I paid for this deal with no delivery of product. I filed a complaint with the Dallas BBB and am going to look into contacting the Texas Attorney General to see what it takes to get their business shut down. They cannot keep scamming money out of people like this! Also, after poking around on their site - I believe the deals they offer from these internet companies are actually fake as well and these "companies" created by Save More. If you look at the design of the sites and how they all have sketchy contact info and such - they are all too similar. I even noticed the same phone number on the the teeth whitening site that Save More has posted in comments on their site as a contact for their customer service! Whoops. I'm spreading the word as much as possible to let everyone I know this site is a scam! |

Wish I'd see the comment before buying from them. Sadly I even referred to a friend, neither of us ever received the products. This site is a scam! They do not answer phone or reply the request! It needs to be shut down! |

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE FRAUD-Still never received anything pertaining to our purchase of the Boston Market card. In the meantime we stupidly purchased the Subway card. After waiting a week to be allowed to submit the voucher on their site, we submitted it. We thought that was it, now days later we get an email telling us to print the voucher, but NO, it is a voucher number, and you have to go to Subway's site, and apply for the card and pay $2.20 for shipping. But that doesn't matter anyways, because there is no place to put the voucher number to get the $10 off. And if you just put you CC numbers in hoping for a place to put you voucher number, forget it, it just charges you the complete $12.20 for a $10 voucher that you already paid $5 for in the first place. Try contacting Savemore many times and many ways, only to wait 20 minutes on hold, and then told to leave your information, and they will call you back. But of course, they never call you back. They also never even read or answer emails either. In fact, I found they don't even accept the emails you send. I keep getting messages back from gmail that the emails I sent are never delivered. We will pursue this to the "Nth" degree. All this BS just to save $2.80.
This company is a complete FRAUD. Here is a link to their facebook acct.. http://www.facebook.com/SaveMoreDaily?sk=wall Read what all the other people have said about their scamming. Personally, I have emailed them 5 times, and called them 8 times over the last week. They never answer their phone, they just play music for 20 minutes, and tell you to leave your information, and never call back. And they never answer emails either. |

Savemore.com is a scam site. CVS, jcpenney, autozone and restaurant.com all said they did not authorize these deals. I called all of their corporate offices to check. Why would savemore make you wait and then after a week mail a card and incur shipping costs? The entire point is for them to stall because they have your money and do not plan on delivering any goods to you. Groupon just emails you a printout good for same day. You can file with BBB, FBI, Texas Attorney General, Dallas police department and call the companies they are falsely advertising goods for. I am trying to do my part but I am only one person. Smilebright and Electronic skins are websites created by savemore. Google them. I filed a complaint with FBI's internet crime division. I have called savemore and emailed and posted several times. They delete my posts on their site and facebook. They blocked me. I wish there was more I could do. I plan to make a youtube video about it and already filed with BBB, but most people (like I did too) are just blindly ordering and then wondering what is wrong. It seems it takes awhile for people to figure out it is a scam. I disputed the charge and cancelled my card. Blows my mind that they can still be operating. I posted many times today to their discussion board and it just kept getting deleted, along with a few other people complaining. All the deals for products that are not big name websites are designed by savemore. The gadgetgear, vases, etc...those are sister sites that look identical, as is edelivery.com which they say will fulfill the autozone giftcards.
I had purchased the CVS deal as well and everyday since Nov 4th it has been unavailable. If you pay for a voucher it should be redeemable same day. The smilebright giveaway is so they can collect your cc info and hopefully charge you as well if you don't "win". Please repost this on your facebook or elsewhere. This company needs to be stopped. |

I received my water bottles as advertised after a very long wait. Now I am trying to find a voucher for a restaurant I know I have and can't get into the site. Is the site gone? |
