The website: Fathers' Rights Association of New York, is nothing but a "front" for the law firm if Sari Friedman & Associates. It even states so on the web site. Look at the "About Us" page where they state: "About Us The Fathers' Rights Association of New York State, Inc. (F.R.A.N.Y.S.) is a charitable not-for-profit all volunteer educational organization that seeks, through equal parenting rights, to ensure that children maintain a continuing, nurturing relationship with both parents after divorce or separation.
The F.R.A. of N.Y.S., Inc., is an educational and advocacy organization dedicated to strengthening the relationships between fathers and their children. Our goal is to increase public awareness and to educate the public and elected officials, lawmakers and the courts as to the importance of fair parenting laws, as well as to offer assistance to families in crisis.
We provide peer support to our members along with resource materials and referrals to service providers. The association's goals are to promote shared parenting and to assist fathers in their rights of equal access to their children. The association holds regular meetings during which literature, legal advice, and emotional counseling are provided." In my case, Sari solicited my friends to get more money after she bled me dry! Dumped me with an idiot of an associate who knew nothing of "Father's Rights" and said joint custody was out of the question! Fired them and guess what? As a self represented, I got joint custody. During the entire process with this law firm, my visitation was restricted and minimal. It is now better than triple the time. NO THANKS TO THE LAW FIRM OF SARI FRIEDMAN WHO TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A DISABLED FATHER! By the way, the address of her builing: # 666
