Sam's Tailoring Sam's Fine Men's Clothing No Delivery of purchased items refuses to refund money or respond to email/phone Internet

I ordered two Jane Bharnes shirts totaling $307.90 on the 15th of September 2011 online and received the receipt. After two weeks had passed with no news of my shipment, I called and left a message. The next day I received a return call from 'Sam' apologizing for the delay and promising me that I would have my shirts the first week of October. On the 19th of October I checked the order status online to find that it was still not shipped and requested an immediate refund of my money. I had a legal tracking/read receipt showing that it was received by the business's static IP address and read accordingly. I have not had any further contact from the business and have not been refunded my money. I have sent follow up email with no reply. I have applied to the credit card company for a chargeback and now have to jump through hoops to get my money back. I am filing a Better Business claim against this company as well as notifying the manufacturer of the shirts of this companies poor business practices. It is my opinion that this company does not honor it's agreements. I will not shop here and recommend that you do not either.
