Contact information: Safeguard Walkin Bathtub 2500 Old Crow Canyon Rd #425 San Ramon, California United States Phone: 1-855-751-2030 We had a regional manager named William Marx come to our home and go over the process and practices of installing a Safeguard Walkin Bathtub. This included the fact they the company would pull a permit and get the county inspection. We had the tub installed and now find that no permit was pulled and no county inspection was done. We have not been able to reach anybody at the company for resolution. This product is also promoted by Willard Scott from the today show and I think that is disgusting that he would promote a product that takes advantage of the elderly!!! Our mom is nearly 80 years old and is unable to use this product as we do not know if it is safe!! We have turned off the electrical to the unit to make sure nothing happens until we get a resolution. Please help!!
