Safe National of America Another Unauthorized Charge of $30 St. Petersburg, Florida

On 1/13/2011, I discovered a fraudulent charge of $30 from this company. I called the number on the front of the check and the line was answered by an "answering service". When I told the person on the line the purpose of my call, he stated that Safe National of America is a payday loan company and the $30 was taken as an application fee.

1. I have not received any money from any payday loan company ever; never been approved as I am in GA and payday loans are basically not legal here.

2. How does an "answering service" know this information? My answering service just knows the name of my company and time when we will be opening/closing. The "answering service" kept asking how can he help me, instead of may I take a message. I have a feeling that this is not an answering service and probably the person behind the unauthorized charges.

3. Have you noticed that an "employee" is responding to our complaints. Most SMART & SUCCESSFUL companies would not comment on any allegations or accusations against them and would advise their employees the same. #Imjustsaying

4. The list the employee posted showing their "policies" appears to be copied/pasted or rewritten from other legitimate companies. Again shows that this is not a real company and just some loser too lazy to get a real job.

Even after I receive a refund from my bank, I will still do everything I can to pursue this person legally, in every sense of the word. Respond to that "Employee"
