Stay away from Sachin Nagarajappa (DreamFire Interactive) and never work for this person and this company!
It just seems to be reliable but actually it is just another well build scam! many complaints over the internet about these people and all of them - true! I made a huge mistake when I started to work for DreamFire. Sachin Nagarajappa was my manager and from the first look seemed to be responsible and reliable person but I was mistaken. After I started to work I met first problem with salary - I never received it in time and finally when I got paid I found that payment was less than it was promised before. Second problem was with support - after I contacted Sachin Nagarajappa and explained the problem, I received just another complaints about bad business as a response.
I worked for them just couple of months but I saw how they treat people and became their victim. Sachin Nagarajappa is amazing cheater and he steals money from his employees without a shame. His business with customers is the same - he may lie to you just to get own benefit and then - he disappears and stops to reply on calls, mails etc.
This horrible company must be avoided, but Sachin Nagarajappa must be in a jail for his crime against people!!!
Stay away and never allow them to fool you!!

Never even think of working for this person Sachin Nagarajappa (DreamFire Interactive)!!! He will steal your money and won't even feel guilty about it! He is the so called AVP Sales & heads India operations is just a puppet who goes non-responsive to repeated emails & phone calls! There is no HR, no Admin, nothing.The offices in Mumbai, Bangalore & Delhi have been shut one after the other due to non-payment of the rents. The landlords of each of these offices have forced shut the premises yet there is no response from Sachin Nagarajappa. There are 4-5 Account Managers who haven't been payed for over 6 months. For delivering they hire free lance developers whom they pay at their will & wish just to get the work done, rest the account managers are kept hanging without even understanding as how are they managing their commitments & running their family.
Run from this company and especially Sachin Nagarajappa as far as you can! |

I also want to say some words about Sachin Nagarajappa from DreamFire Interactive. He was the one who hired me for a free position they had. I was interested in working for a big successful company and it was a great opportunity for me. At least I thought so for the first time.
After two month of work I tried to get payment for the first month. Sachin Nagarajappa explained me that they had some difficulties due to the accountant illness. I trusted all that he said to me. This person has really good persuasion skill. How surprised I was when I accidently met the accountant and she told me that she was not ill at all and that she got the payment in time. She also told me that all the balance was ready in time.
Then I came to the Sachin Nagarajappa again and told that I want to get money immediately. The answer was no. He told me that I was working very badly (another lie) and they will not pay me at all.
Please avoid this company! They do not pay salaries! |
