The car rental was suppose to be for a Newer Chevy
Implala - the one we received at rental time had
almost 90K miles on it. Car smelled from Cigarette
Smoke and had issue with tire balance at 60MPH.
Obviously this was not a "Newer Model" as quoted;
furthermore, there were a number of "Additional
Charges and Fees" at the return time which were not
Quoted or DISCLOSED IN ANY WAY in advance.

Where I come from this is at the minimum dishonest and the most
premediated FRAUD. There were charges to pick up at the
Airport and Drop back off, Cleaning and other Unidentified
Charges. Charges totaled over $150. to bill, a package is
just that, we expected a total in the $ 340. range not $450+

It would have been cheaper to use an on airport
Rental Agency and we would have a Newer Car without the
Hidden Fees & Charges - SABAN Charged 37.50 to/from the
Airport.
