Royal Freigh Service William Nelson SCAMMMMM Roswell, Georgia |
12th of Apr, 2011 by User514934 |
This gentleman ( Mr. Nelson) wanted to order a large amount of items from my website with shipping to Greenland. However, when I received the email from his freight company....Royal Services.....there was a big red flag....a wire transfer with no phone # to confirm. In addiition, the name of the freight company was different than the one Mr. Nelson provided to me. So, I researched him and found that someone else was ripped-off by this same scam. I am thankful I was able to cancel the order BEFORE it went forward and I had to deal with the issues with my supplier plus possible ripped-off. Beware of this organization! |

Thank you for posting this. This man also contacted me on our website and wanted to get discount pricing to ship a large volume of merchandise. The English in his email was really bad, but I thought that maybe he was typing in a hurry. He did leave a phone number. I tried to call him, but the connection was very bad. He did sound foreign--African, perhaps. He insisted I just email him and hung up. I grew suspicious and found this report. I hope this helps someone else out there from being scammed. |

Thanks for this report as well, because this man William Nelson. LTD shipping to Greenland via Royal Freight Service also contacted my company asking for the same thing. Things didn't add up and thank goodness for the internet/postings. If you get contacted from:
William Nelson,
130 Chaffin Road,
Roswell. GA 30075-2353
Beware of this organization |

I really do wish that this site had come up before when I searched for William Nelson Ltd., the only thing I found the first time searching for William Nelson Ltd. and Royal Express Freight were some nice web sites that really did look professional. And did I get screwed. His emails were fairly well written and when he called wanting to charge the merchandise on his credit card he was fairly well spoken although he did have an accent but was fairly well spoken. |

I just received an e-mail from this guy William Nelson. I thought to myself, Willie Nelson, isn't that funny.
He wanted to place a large order and when I asked where it would be shipped he e-mailed me Greenland and he wanted to pick it up through a freight forwarder named Royal Express Freights. That's when I got suspicious.
Thank you to all who have posted her and made us aware of this scam. |

First I Got this email from - [email protected]
William Nelson,
130 Chaffin Road,
Roswell. GA 30075-2353
404-462-4758
Hello
I am interested in your Aluminum Windmills - 4 foot. I will like to know if you carry it, will greatly appreciate receiving any information, price and discount for large orders.
Thank you in advance and look forward in reading your Email.
Sincerely,
Nelson.
I replied and then got this email from the same email address [email protected]
Hello,
I will like to make an order for 25 of the Blade Aluminum Windmills - 4 foot to be used in my firm in Greenland.
Let me have the total price for that without the shipping charges.
Thank you,
Nelson.
I replied asking what he actually wanted and told him that shipping to Greenland would be expensive - and got this email - from the same email address:
Hello,
I will need 4 foot windmills with the tower, wheel and a tail, Green will be perfect for the trim.
With the shipping, I will be offering a pick up service.
Thank you,
Nelson.
This did not look right so I went to Google and found this thread - thanks all - I obviously WILL NOT be doing any thing more with this one!!! (Except post it publicly and send the emails to the FBI) |

I got the identical email from him today. He is using the email address [email protected]
Same wording as previous post.
This type of scam is very common. Anytime a customer wants to have the freight picked up by their own freight company, the odds of fraud go up at least 100 times. If in doubt, require payment for the merchandise in advance, via bank transfer or Western Union. Do not accept bank checks, International money orders or credit cards, as these are easily counterfeited or stolen. |

I got an email from Joseph Choate 1805 Herrington Road, Atlanta GA 30358 404-462-4758 requesting a quote for 26 packs without the shipping. I get pretty suspicious that he emailed rather than order through my site. www.survivalvault.com So I looked up the number and just what I figured, it's a scam. So I emailed him back saying I don't do orders through email, go to my website and order...Didn't hear back from him...LOL
I have also gotten calls from DEA trying to scam money for an on going case...
If it sounds suspicious...then it's a scam.. Research before sending any money...and come on...wire money here should be a huge RED FLAG. Research first.
Thanks for posting this info to save other from being scammed. |
|
|
WOW!!! So happy I read this. Joseph Choate also emailed me for an expensive order... except that I processed $8, 000 on his credit card and it went though. I've got the money and the products now. Any thoughts? |

I was just contacted by a Lincoln Kennedy with Lincoln Construction Inc. He wanted to order a large quantity of items from our online store using his preferred freight service "Royal Freight Express". Red flags went up when he wanted to split between 2 credit cards and that the freight company is based out of Ghana.
Thanks for posting this, we wouldn't have known it was a scam! |

Yesterday, 04-23-2012, I too received emails from Mr. William Avery. He started out asking about a product which was on my website. Already priced and all pertinent information was available for him to see. Last night he emailed that he wanted a very large sum of chair caning. Red flags did go up everywhere. I googled information about this guy and was glad to have found this. Thanks for sharing. |
