I recently placed and order through this company on 2/27/2011 it is now 5/3/2011. I still have not received my product or a refund. I was able to make contact with this company and he tried to give me some story that didn't seem credible at all, and even if it is why are you trying to run a business like that. You have way to much listed on your website for two people to try to handle, in my opinion that is why you are getting so many negative reports and not meeting deadlines. Before ordering through this company I ordered from a company called extremeglassshop.com, which I was a little leary of due to the fact that they are based in Israel. Well let me tell you what, they were hassle free and had my order through customs and in my hands within a week and a half. Thats how a business is supposed to be. If you advertise something especially timelines you have to do your best to meet it or at least take it upon yourself to contact this person, not make them endure 100's of phone calls hoping you would answer so they could chew your ear off. (which is pointless anyways) I really don't even feel bad for writing this report anymore. I initially told you I would hold off for a bit, enough is enough. I feel you guys should down size or close the doors for good. All your doing for our society is creating anger, hate, and skepticism for small internet companies such as yourself. One more quick thing. I have seen on alot of the other reports they come and rebbutal saying they were in contact and the customer was aware of the problems. Well I am not aware of my order issues, you got on the phone giving me another shady timeline and excuse. You did not contact me via phone or e-mail telling me my order was being processed or shipped! So in my closing I say REBUTTAL THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TJ |
