Roduve Waited weeks for product. Horrible customer service. No replies. I want my money back. Internet

I purchased 2 orders of a month's supply of Slimweight patches. The customer service was supposed to be quick and attentive. Which is a complete lie. There was no phone number to contact customer service directly. I have not recieved my package and have been waiting 3 weeks now. Others have waited months. I expressed my desire for a full refund and have not been replied to. I want my money back.

I ordered mine on November 27th and haven't received it either. The president of the company said that it should take 15-20 business days for international shipping but it's been longer than that now. I've emailed them saying I just want my credit card refunded but they havn't replied or refunded me.

I ordered the weight loss tea in early march 2012. They told me to wait up to 15 business days. After waiting for 20 business days my order still did not arrive. After contacted them, they told me they would resend my order. So I waited an extra 20 business days and still did not arrive. I then asked for a full refund including the secure shipping! And am still waiting to this day. They are not replying to my emails about my refund. Terrible customer service! I want my money back! STAY AWAY FROM RODUVE! IT'S A SCAM!
