Rudy Barthelemy of Prince Capital LLC steals money from his clients. He lies. He cheats. Rodolfo "Rudy" Barthelemy is a person who cannot be trusted and should be put in jail. Perform a simple Google search for "Rodolfo Barthelemy" and you will find an arrest for public intoxication in Santa Monica. Do a Google search for "Rodolfo Barthelemy arrest" and you will find another arrest for being under the influence of drugs and alcohol in Santa Monica. Is this someone you would want to do business with? Rodolfo Barthelemy of Prince Capital LLC is nobody to do business with. Rodolfo "Rudy" Barthelemy will likely be in jail soon but, in the meantime, stay away from him and Prince Capital LLC. Do not do business with him or you will soon learn for yourself that he is a thief. |

I am disturbed and concerned regarding the above statements and allegations being made about me and my firm. All of these allegations are false and without merit. I welcome any evidence to be brought forward to support these allegations.
My response:
I have never been convicted of any crime (felony or misdemeanor) ever in my life - this is verifiable and publicly available.
I have never accepted any retainer or consulting fees from a client without a written contract that is enforceable under California state law. I have been in business for over 3 years and have never had any dispute with any client over nonperformance or breach of contract. I previously held securities licenses both a Series 7 & 63 and never had any customer complaints or disputes - this is verifiable through FINRA.
This is simply internet-defamation and websites like Scam informer give individuals an anonymous open forum to attempt to damage the reputation of individuals and businesses without requiring any proof. Anyone can sign up on this site and post any statement (true or false) about any individual or business. This site does not review, edit or verify any statement. If any of these statements were true and the complainant is a real person or business, then legal action would be taken not random internet postings. No such legal action has been attempted or brought against me or my firm - this is publicly available and verifiable.

Go to the Central Arraignments Court. You can run his name and dob and ask for the print-out, so it is on official documentation. The record number: LAA0CA06234-0 is for a conviction for disorderly conduct conviction in 3/2012.
At the Airport Courthouse, case number LAXSA063236-01 is a drug charge from 2007 "Held to Answer" There is also drug charge LAX1WA30384-01
At the Torrance Courthouse is case: SBA1SY02035-01 for disorderly conduct which was dismissed. |
