I received a phone call at work by a Mr. Robert Martin. He told me I had committed Fraud and a violation of Federal something and a 3 item that, frankly, scared me so bad, I can't remember it all. He told me I was going to be pulled into court and receive a summons that I need to find a lawyer and would most likely end up paying over $2500.00 in court fees if I didn't cooperate and settle this out of court. I had previously borrowed money from one of those payday advance companies on the internet. He told me that the company he was representing had attempted to withdraw there funds and the funds were not avaialble and they were prepared to file a lawsuit. I am a father of 4, living paycheck to paycheck. I couldn't afford to pay $2500 in court fees or even risk it. He asked for my debit card info, the whole nine yards. When I would ask him questions about the name of the company he gave me some sort of mumbled response and kept reminding me the phone call was a government recording. The amount was for $580 dollars that they want to withdraw. He wanted to take it all out today (5/13/11). I truthfully told him I didn't have it. He said "How short of the total are you?". I told him I only had $80, he said "OK, I'll take the $80 today and you can pay the $500 week after next (5/28/11). I am trying to provide for my family, if this is a scam, I can help but, cooperate. I don't know what else to do. HELP!!!!

don't give him any money he is a fraud. I have wasted $5000 on this guy not knowing my money is gone. I contacted the police who told me he is a fraud. just ask the guy to send you something in writing on these so called 3 items. he told me the same thing. then when he says you send me money then i send information tell him you contacted the FBI. Then he will hang up because he knows you found out. You need to put a tip in to them as soon as possible you can do that by going to WWW.FBI.gov. its easy. I want this guy caught he has stolen $5000 of my money. I don't care if i get it back I just want him rotting in jail. where he can't do this to anybody else. If you want more info. Just email me at.
