robert kwan refused to read my oppisition to relief of automatic stay santa ana, California

On Nov 16, 2010 we had a court apperance. The so called owner of our house had filed a motion for relief of automatic stay, I filed an oppisition agaisnt that, stating every detail with proof and case law that there was FRAUD from the beggining. Judge Robert Kwan in Bancruptcy court denied my oppisition, without even reading it, which had extremly important information with case law,and proof of the fraud commited agaisnt us, also submitted a copy of the letter I sent to the attorneys notifying them that there is fraud and they need to do there own investigation. Well Mr Kwan (judge) did not care what proof we had, also told him that the bank needs to bring me the real party of interest that foreclosed on the property, well KWAN replied, even if there was fraud its ti late, the new bank that bought your property is the new owner and they have not commited any fraud. WRONGGG KWAN, yes they have, FRAUD has NO STATUE OF LIMITATIONS, meanwhile my loan docs have 7 fradulent documents. Kwan really needs to be replaced. Well Kwan got upset because i was insisting who the real party of interest is, and he kept on blabbing its to late, then I told him I am filing a Advesary Complaint, well let me tell you, his horns popped out of his empty head, and said to me will you havent filed yet, and I replied I am this week. He is a Bankruptcy judge in santa ana california, they are all corupt. You can tell that these judges are paid from the banks. Kwan should of given me a 5 day extention untill he read completly my OPPISITION TO RELEIF OF AUTOMATIC STAY, but he did not he just tossed it like it was trash. Didnt care what proof you have, he sided with the attys. Remeber KWAN I am not stopping here, I will prove that you are wrong and will always be, these judges need to be replaced, especially when we the PUBLIC pays for them.
