| The question I always ask myself is: If this guy makes such a fortune dealing in Real Estate, then why isn't he out there doing it himself, instead of hawking an Infomercial Program? Duh! Real estate is the WORST thing you can sink your money into in this economy or he would be doing it Himself. Zillions of people are walking away from thier homes cause they are "upside down".
