Did not pay for work

I contracted with Rob Fiore of LYNNX LLC to do a roof job at his investment property located at 1116 Main Street in Slatington, PA.

We contracted the job for $7,000.00 it was a complete Rip job on a 20 sq. roof with 10/12 pitch...non walkable. This job was discounted from the original price of $8,000.00 being Rob promissed much more future work and cash payments...both promises were lies.

The deposit check covered materials, the second check he gave me was returned to me by his bank as un-paid...the job took six weeks and I spent almost $6,000.00 to complete it, only receiving half that amount from Rob Fiore. He has not paid his balance to date.

The men I had working on the job were two veteran roofers Stew and Irv with over 25 years expierience and Nate doing general labor, these were the men doing the installation, I personally supervissed the job on a daily basis as the work progressed....the work was finally completed working everyday for 6 weeks...the job was water tight and installed in a professional like manner.

Being Rob did not want to pay his obligation he made up lies about the roof leaking and his house being flooded...This was another lie...when I showed up one day to collect the balance I asked him if I could see were water was coming in...he refused to show me and asked me to leave his property. This was a brand new roof...He is just trying to justify a reason not to pay.

I am so sorry I did work for Rob Fiore, I should have just handed him $2,000.00 and told him I was not interested...this would have saved me 2 months of lies and aggravation.
