I am a California private investigator hired to due investigation into a company called Pacific Management Recovery LLC. To date, I have found that the individuals owning this company, Jason Begley and Wayne Lunsford, have operating several entities out of the same address, all of whcih have similar complaints as to those listed here. These entities include Rincon Management Services llc, City Investment Services LLC, Union Management Services LLC aka Unioin Filing Services, Pacific Management Recovery LLC and Lunsford Investment and Management Services LLC. I am very interested in speaking with and getting declarations from any and all individuals and/or ocnsumers that feel they have been victimized by any of the aforesaid entities. I am also interested in obtaining declarations regarding false representations that they were law enforcement personal. Please feel free to contact me at my email addy, you have any information. All information provided to me is for pre-litigation investigation and preparation of a lasuit against these entities. Michael |

Odd..I have read so many omments on these people and their actions. I feel terrible for the way people have been misled by such filthy bottom feeders. HOWEVER, anyone who reads this should understand your rights as a debtor, number 1, and remember to accept nothing as the truth by someone's claim on the telephone. Take action ... If you want to call numbers, call the Federal Trade Commission. They are responsible for the actions of these criminals. Learn the facts... These people are telling lies right out of the box. In order to collect a debt, you have to be licensed as a collection service. You can name it whatever you want within the Law, but you have to have a collection license. Process Servers are not collection agents, nor do they have any special "powers". I have done judgment collections for over 15 yrs. and these comments really are disturbing. Lies, deceipt, scams, threats, and all the rest are not legal in the collections field. Get their addresses, names, and report them. DO NOT call them. Beat on the doors that make a difference and insist they do something. Keep calling til they do. It's your right. Just be careful when you answer a call and remember these type of scammers and you'll keep your money in your pocket. You have the right to counsel. It's AMERICA...use your right |
