Ride Cover William Moore BEWARE OF THIS COVER-CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN WORSE unlisted, Internet |

I purchased a ride cover from this company for my motorcycle and had problems right off the bat with the instructions being very poorly written. I also found several of the parts did not line up and the canvas itself was too short to fit the frame. The instructions are probably written in China where the cover is made. I contacted William Moore the sole owner/employee and his response was to ignore all of my complaints and only send me the same poorly written instructions. When I contacted him back about my problems his response was to insult my intelligence and threaten me for slander due to my posting of my experiences with this thug. He would not admit to the fact that something just might be wrong with his product and took everything as an insult even whan I started my complaint with "Not to be too critical..." There are several other poor experiences posted online about this person and his cheap product. Be aware that if what you get isn't what you expected you are stuck with it. Some email comments I received. "Wow, that was the first email that you have sent that you were not insulting, demeaning or condescending. I could have easily turned this FUBAR into a pissing contest but I would rather help you get your issues resolved. I am going to break this down as simply as possible and maybe we can get it fixed. I will try to make this easier than an GP Medium or RFAB." "Thank you for confirming what I was thinking about you and your character. Oh, I am so scared, you are such a brave little man behind a keyboard. Only a coward would send an email like that from a far. Do what you want, just use spell check to keep from looking like the a** as you have in these emails. Also, it is called slander, do what your paycheck can handle. As you have shown me how smart you are that you could not assemble a cover that a 24 year old flight attendant had not issues with, I would check with JAG before you get too worked up. Side note, you emails are now deleted upon receipt by the server. But you build websites so you know how this works. " "I understand that you are having problems and that you are upset; but do not throw out that you are in the Army and your education level during an insulting email that contains multiple grammar and spelling mistakes; it undermines the service and the corps. As a MSG with 18 years, 6 deployments, 2 college degrees and 4 certifications, I find it very unprofessional." I'm not trying to be professional. Only to have a quality cover that I can use for my bike.
