On 12th May 2008, I went to the office Perfect Debt Collection Services Sdn Bhd, located on the 5th Floor, Wisma Cosway. I met Ms. Yumi who introduced me to the boss, Mr.Ricky Wong, the director of the company. After explaining and discussing with Ricky Wong, about my 'Hutang' case, which is a sum of money borrowed by a friend, who has gone missing now. With all the documented evidences and proof that I have and all the details and information of the debtor, Ricky Wong, then gave his assurance and guaranteed that his company with more than 15 years experience and a track record of successful debt collection of more than 99% success-collection rate, that he will complete the task of collecting the money for me in 1-2 months time. He also promised that he will give me a report of the progress of the case every week. So after Ricky Wong convinced me of the good reputation and credibility of the company, PDCSSB, on the 13th May 2008, I issued him a cheque, payable to PDCSSB, Hong Leong: 187165 dd: 13-05-2008 (RM2500.00) Ringgit: Two Thousand Five Hundred only. Now after 4 months, there is still no results regarding my case. Ricky Wong and PDCSSB has failed to collect back the money or debt for me. Ricky Wong and PDCSSB was not successful in collecting the debt, therefore, Ricky Wong & PDCSSB, did not fulfill their promises and responsibility which is the commitment to collect back the sum of Ringgit: Twenty Five Thousand only(RM25000.00) So Ricky Wong & PDCSSB has betrayed the trust and good faith of the customer, I have no choice but to DEMAND a full refund of RM2500.00 (Ringgit: Two Thousand Five Hundred only) from, Ricky Wong Khee Shin , I/C: 0647699F , of No.18, Jalan Bunga Melor 10, Taman Muda, 56100 Kuala Lumpur.
