| Ok this guy seemed helpful at first accomidating polite.I part exchanged my car to buy a bmw from him.The car seemed fine so a drove away having paid and part exed. the following day the dash board lit up.I phoned Rich and he said bring it back ill get it sorted.I did this and he gave me my old car to drive around until the repaur was complete. No contact from him for two weeks. I called him no progress made.He did not phone once over the period to inform me of progress. lovely customer service! he continued to dodge me for another two weeks.I eventually got to speak to him and told him I was unhappy, he needed to get it fixed sooner rather than later.He offered me a refund I said i have a statutory warrenty and that he needed to repair the car.The real "rich" ermerged...... dont get manrt with me you take me on and you ll loose he said. I ended the call and called again at lunch he said IM GETTING IT FIXED and put the phone down. Again no contact for two weeks.I called by the garage to confront him ghe was much the same and made it clear the only solution was to take the refund.I asked him for my personal effects from the car.He said sorry cars at a garage across town. I ll get i said come back tomorrow he replied. As i was driving away I saw the car on th car park adjacent to his garage . I went back to him (*angrily) he still denied any wrong doin stateing i meant the keys are acrooss town.I eventually got a refund but what a scumbag beware of this guy full on villian! |

| OMG I'm just going through exactly the same thing right now. I had the car for 1 day, filled it up with petrol to find the fuel guage still says empty so I called him and dropped the car off to be fixed and i am finding the 'leave it with me and I will call you shortly' speach running very thin now as the calls dont come back. So as it stands he has my car, my money, I paid for 6 months car tax and £50 of petrol as well as insurance for it to be stood on his property for nearly a month! Like yourself he has told me he will refund the price of the car but my additional outlay of nearly £300 for a days driving I want reimbursing too! I have spoken to Trading Standards and am now going down the official route, so lets see what the outcome will be! |

| Dont buy from this dealer. Most of the cars are clocked and the engine maybe from another car. I live in the area so know most of the stories behind this very weak cowboy car dealer! BEWARE! |

| My father was unfortunate enough to buy a car from this company. There was a fault with the timing chain which he reported to the company. They had it back for repair. The fault was not rectified and ultimately the car broke down on the M5. My Dad had to pay for a new engine as it was scrap. Had it been repaired this would not have happened. My Father tried several times to contact Mr Jarald - he was never available and did not return calls. When he did manage to catch him he would say he was with a customer and would call back. He never did of course. My father was forced to take him to the small claims court. Mr Jarald did not show and the court found in my father's favour. Eventually he did pay up. This caused endless stress and upset for my parents who were both elderly. |
