I was given an estimate to install cabinets in mid August. Rudy told me they would be complete by September first. He did not even start because some things "came up". I was OK with this for a while but now we are over 2 MONTHS behind. Now its is November and the cabinets are still not complete. Many times I was told they would be done by a date. The date would come and go with very little work done. I am also disappointed in the craftsmanship. Things we agreed upon were changed for his convenience or to save on cost, and he would claim it was an upgrade. The craftmanship has many issue demonstated that he is not experieced at cabinet making; dishwasher hits stove doors bump each other drawers open unevenly finish is uneven with many imperfections countertop prep was off lines are uneven etc. I am in the process of selling the home and am losing time and money daily because of Rudys inability to come through. He said he was licensed which I have found to be false. I was told that I do not need to pay anything until 30 days after completion. Some of his excuses were funds were tight so he could not proceed, so I payed him for the job in full save $20 (my mistake I know) I believe Rudy Espinosa means well, but is simply incompetent as a craftsman and business owner who lies so much he can not even keep them straight.
