The Nebraska State Patrol fabricates a arrest location and arrest story. Rex A Peterson takes time off work at LI-Cor Bioscience, shows up at court, swears under oath to tell the truth then Lies. He does this for the police. What kind of man lies under oath for the police, and sends a innocent man to prison. This man is doing the police favors because he has something to hide!!!
