The money was taking out of my bank account immediately because I gave them a credit check card number. I immediately called Franklin and after numerous failedattempts I finally got in touch with him. I advised Franklin of my concern and what he told me. Franklin then told me that he would refund the money back into my account andI could give them a regular credit card number.

At the time of this letter it has been 6 days and I see no return in my account. I called Franklin and he stated that the process was done and it should be their anytime now.

I talked to Franklin on 01-03-11. I informed him that I recieved the package in the mailbut I did not see a check. I also informed him thatthe contract is stating that I am paying $2100.00 for them to advertise my property which is not what Franklin told me. Franklin then stated that the property was sold and as soon as I signed the contract the check would be sent to me. Later in the conversation I asked Franklin when would the check be sent and Franklin stated that it wil take about 30 days.

I am in the process of going to my bank to report fraud and I am contacting my credit card company because I never signed and returned the contract to this company. I realizedwhat is in writing is opposite of what Franklin is stating. This is an advertising company but pretends as if they have sold your property. I was fooled because they had all of the info concerning my property. I am very upset with being deceived and lied to by someone who obviously has no concious.
