| I posted on Craigslist and got a call from Heather Currington regarding doing local preservation work for them. I was initially advised that I would be billing on the 15th and the 31st and would be paid on the 10th and the 25th. I have completed 20 work orders within the past 60 days and I have not received one payment from the company. The total owed to me is more than $ 4,000. I researched and found out they are on scam Report. When I called and spoke to Rodney Currington about this, he convinced me that the other contractors who listed on scam report were not completing the job duties as they should, so he had to contract other contractors to complete the work. Then he told me that my contract states that if we no longer work for them, they can hold our pay for 6 months. I invested my personal money by purchasing appliances to be installed in these properties. Due to not receiving any money for the work already performed, I was unable to continue to front money to keep working for them. So, I received an email advising me that I will no longer receive work orders from them. Guess what? This means that I will still not be paid for another 6 months and possible never get paid at all. I called and emailed to request at least the amount of money that was invested in Appliances and have not received an answer or call back. two one zero seven two three six five five two. Please feel free to contact me. I have other contractors numbers to give you to confirm what I am reporting. What goes around comes around and I know they will get what they have coming to them. Do not work for them, I promise you will regret it. |

| essentially same thing happened to me. as far as as the 6 month thing i wouldnt worry about it they are never going to pay you any way. i am guessing they use that 6 month excuse to keep you from sueing them for that much longer. |

| I won a lawsuit against Rodney and Heather Currington and their company Wyzecurr Enterprises/RESAZ in Maricopa County Small Claims court. However, they are avoiding and delaying payment despite the judge's ruling to cover my costs and interests. There is a long list of lawsuits that have been won by plaintiffs and yet they think they can game everyone. What business pays employees and debtors in cashier checks?? We need to collectively put pressure on Heather and Rodney Currington and their business so that they don't continue to sign agreements and then not pay people who have worked for or sold them valuable possessions. |
