Repco, Repcopro, Propel, Brandon Hunter, Execuheli, Sams Club Brandon Hunter Brandon Hunter midwest region manager of repco/propel toys won't pay his

If you're thinking about working for Repco (or repcopro), you ma y want to think again. I replied to an ad on the internet about selling toy helicopters or execuhelis. $10 an hour plus commission. The company sets up demos mostly in Sams Club stores, where you are told to hard sell people to impulse buy the toy helicopters (made by propel) as you demonstrate them. Two for one, was the sell I was working. I was called on a friday night (stange), and asked if I could come in the next day. After the two days of training I was working on my own to make salary plus commission ( seventy five cents per helicopter below sixty and a dollar for every sale if you made it over sixty), not bad... one day I sold about eighty helicopters thats about $180 dollars for that day. That is if I ever would get paid. See Brandon Hunter spends part of his time training people in the midwest region mostly Kansas and Missouri right now. You call him before you go to work, and you call him with how many sales you made after work with how many sales you made and he gives you a pep talk ( you also have to buy all your own batteries for the helicopters). After working for five days, he said I did a good job and wanted me to work next week. He said that there wasnt any more product at the moment, so I couldnt sell more. Now after faxing my first weeks worksheet, I needed to fax in my second. He had no extra copies, so I had to wait for an e mail. He kept delaying the e mail, and I printed out my own worksheet and faxed it to him. This whole time he is being very evasive about him recieving the fax, or when I was going to work next. I also was to be paid on debit card through ADP, I continually checked with the card to see if I was registered. I wasnt, he blames all of his bad communications on a bad case of vertigo he had all week. I am asked to refax my information for my debit card. I do, I am told I am supposed to recieve my money shortly but still no money. I also after calling and texting him over and over, to re fax my second weeks timesheet. Which I try to do over, and over but his fax is never on... I send him text messages, about asking him when his fax will be on or when I should fax. After a few days it finally gets through. I kept asking him if he recieved my faxes, after much ignoring he says he only checks his "e-mail" faxes once a week. He also never recontacts me to say when Im working again, or fire me.... he wants to know if I am still available to work. After eleven days, I call basically to ask about my paycheck. He asks me if I wanted to work the next day at the new store, I told him I thought maybe I had been fired. He said, "No" I turn him down because of poor management, and the fact I still havent been registered having recieved my first paycheck (even if I didnt have money in it my account should be registered with ADP) I keep texting, and calling him about when I was going to get paid, or get money debited to my card. Weeks go by, basically no response. The only response I got was that they wanted to pay me with a check now instead of debit cardc Brandon Hunter finally responds to me, when I said that i was going to call Sams club, Let people know about his practices, and that I thought what he was doing was illegal. He told me that he never got the second time sheet, and I had to fax it to him a third time (makes no admittance that he either lost it or ignored it, before that he accused me of sending an upside down illegible time sheet and then admitted it didnt come from my area code). He also said that sometimes things get lost in the mail, and thats why I never got my first paycheck in the first place (remember I at the point was going to be paid by debit but he never registered me after I sent the info) So after I resend the fax of the second timesheet, he told me he understood my situation and that he was going to talk to his management to speed up my payment. When I kept texting when I am going to get paid, and if they could just debit my vard. He finally relented and said, I just ran it through ADP its too late for this paycheck, he didnt tell me again when I will recieve it or if by check or debit card now. And that he couldnt speed up my pay (that he already owed me) because payment procedures had changed. Weird. Very poor management, and I doubt I will ever get paid. Repco is currently doing demos at the Sams Club in Lenexa, KS. I wouldnt advise anyone to work for this company or manager. Try looking them up, no websites, no info, no phone number or customer service. Just a gluttony of ad postings for selling there helicopters. Interesting.

I've been working for this company for six months now and its been great! Repco Pro is a company on the ground floor. In fact, they just got incorporated in July of 2011. They out-source their payroll through ADP services. This is a new up and coming company and they don't have the capital to work with like a well established corporation. Due to their lack of micro-management issues do occur, however this is just a part of the growing process. Any issues I've ever had, which were few, were always resolved quickly. Your first check is usually a paper check, after that you're in the system with ADP and getting regular bi-weekly direct deposits. Oh, and did I mention the pay is quite well? Try averaging $18-$22/hr easily by playing with a toy at a retail store.

People have self-entitlement issues and expect everything up front. All successful people have made huge sacrifices to get to where they are. If you want security send your application to Wal-Mart.

This "complaint" is ridiculous. I worked for Repco Pro last year and it was a great way to make some holiday money. I averaged $18-22 dollars as well.

I recommend anyone reading this who is considering working for them to disregard the supposed "scam post" above.

Repco is not a scam. Its a great way to make money and the toys sell themselves.
