He will take your money , than you cannot get a hold of him, he will not send you any documentation ever! even though he will promise you over and over again. I had hired him to evict my tenant Jeff Germany and his family located at 3817 Majestic Lane, Marietta Ga 30060. Will Addo - President of REO Asset Solutions,LLC did not show up to court for the eviction and the tenant was not evicted and now it will take another month to evict the tenant and I must now pay someone else to
evict the tenant. This was to be a payment in full to evict the tenant he at the last minute tried to charge me another $400. The day before court. I had been tiring to get a hold for a week emailing and calling 2 to 3 times a day. I have also filed for a refund with PayPal. I want a full refund and I wish I could get damages of having to refile the eviction and $1200 loss of rent form the tenant staying another month in my home without paying. I should have know better. He did the same thing to me last year but I had worked it out with the tenant without Will Addo President REO Asset Solutions,LLC Please file a report if you have had the same problem. If there was ever a time u should question the honesty of the posters on here and the true intentions of a supposed landlord this would be that time.



We are truly disappointed to hear that we have an unsatisfied customer. Our company prides itself on providing quality services and we try to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. We specialize in providing eviction filing services, as well as physical eviction services. We are not attorneys. Nor do we claim to be. We provide three separate services, each billed separately as needed. Our initial cost only includes filing the paperwork required with the county of residence for a dispossessory proceeding. In the event that the tenant challenges the dispossessory, an additional cost is assessed to provide an attorney for the court appearance. (In many cases, the tenant does not answer and a default judgment is awarded without the need for an attorney.) Then, upon securing the writ of possession, a separate cost is charged for the actual physical eviction. ( A physical eviction is not always necessary.)



Mr. Ceylon Barclay (aka Lon Barclay aka REX aka Atlanta Superior Real Estate, Inc aka Atlanta Superior Property Holdings, Inc) was aware of our policy. We had previously completed an eviction filing for him a few months prior. According to our policy, we charged an upfront cost for the eviction filing, which was paid by the customer. His tenant challenged, and Mr. Barclay was informed of the court date and that an additional cost would be assessed for an attorney. Mr. Barclay agreed and made payment for the attorney fee. No physical eviction was completed.

From the first service provided to Mr. Barclay, we discovered that he was being less than honest with the parties involved. The tenants were given our company’s contact information by Mr. Barclay, and told that our company owned the property in
question. We informed the tenants that we were an eviction company and not the owners, and that all negotiations must be done with the supposed landlord, Mr. Barclay. Upon completion of court negotiations, Mr. Barclay continued to make requests that were not included in our scope of services. For example, after negotiations, Mr. Barclay requested that our company accept payment from the tenant and forward it to him. After we accepted a personal check from the tenant, Mr. Barclay refused to accept a personal check and requested that we obtain a money order from the
tenants. Being that we had already gone above and beyond our scope, we returned the check to the tenants and directed them to send payment directly to Mr. Barclay. This concluded our initial dealing with Mr. Barclay.

On second contact with Mr. Barclay, we informed him of our policy just as we did in our previous dealing. Payment was made for the eviction filing. Once the challenge was made by the tenant, we informed Mr. Barclay of the court date and the additional cost for the attorney. In this instance, he did not immediately proceed with payment to secure an attorney, but instead informed us that he would get back to us. After no response for several days, we were finally able to reach the client one day before the court date. Since it was VERY short notice, our contracted attorney quoted a higher cost. Mr. Barclay did not want to pay the higher cost, no payment was made, and thus no attorney appeared in court. It’s just that simple. ALL filing services and attorney appearances are paid upfront. There are set fees by us and our third party service providers. You cannot set your own fees and expect us to follow.

The service he paid for he received. It wasn’t an all inclusive price as he would like to deceive others to believe.

PAYPAL has REJECTED his CLAIM for a REFUND due to the service he claimed he didn’t receive being PROVIDED. (Court Document and EVICTION NOTICE is PROOF). When we requested the funds, we clearly stated in our terms that the attorney fee was NOT included, and that if an ATTORNEY is needed ADDITIONAL fees will be CHARGED. Same as the FIRST time we did an EVICTION SERVICE for him.
