I ordered car remote for my car throgh their website. They charged my card immediately but never sent my item. I emailed them many many times but never received any email from them. No phone, fax or phisical address. I asked them to return my money, but no email from them. this website is totally SCAM, that's why their car remotes are cheaper than other location. I hope it was a way to trach their website and arrest all of their members.

This comment is from the company Remotes 4 you:

As to all stories, there are 2 sides. We've been in business for over 10 years, and we are a real business, and sell 10, 000 remotes or more a year. Yes, as with any company, big or small we all have problems. We are always dedicated in resolving the problems.

Our products are the same as you will find anywhere on the interent or at your local dealership. We could charge more, but we beleave in a fair markup. We don't need to make 200% markup off our customers like most companies charge. We offer 6 months warranty on everything we sell. We sell only quality items, and this is why we can offer the 6 months warranty. Did you know that your local dealership usually only offers 30 days warranty or less on electical items some don't even offer a warranty on them..

Some of the most common problem that we experience is delay's or lost shipments with USPS. When we ship packages, we cannot verify that every package is delivered, and we have to rely on communication from the customer that they haven't received their item. If a package is lost, we always send out another order to the customer or if the customer doesn't wish to wait a refund is issued. We've tried using FedEx and UPS which are more reliable, but the cost to ship our small products sometimes cost more that the product themself, and this also created concerns from our customers. We have found USPS is the most cost effective service and our customers agree.

As for this transaction, yes I agree, their was some issues, USPS was slow to deliver the package, and we have proof from USPS that the item was delivered to the customer. During this time, we had some major email problems with the company we use. We were only receiving 1/4 of our emails. This has since been corrected. As for the email issue, we accept responsibility for this. This customer also had the option of contacting their credit card company and filing a complaint to get the transaction investigated. No complaint was filed.

If this customer or any other customer has a concern with a order, they can contact us in a professional manner thru our website, or go to our About us page for contact information, and of course, our information appears on their credit card statement.

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to voice our side of the story.
