Mr. Joe Shuta tel # 607 343 9019, form Vestal NY purchase some equipment for his salon form us. Amount was 4900 $. Hi purchased this equipment for his salon Relax Session located 1236 Campville rd. rt 17 w. in Endicott NY 607 785 0426. When purchased equipment for salon, it took us little time to have everything ready but as soon as we shipped equipment he did chargeback and tried to keep the money and the equipment. Joe Shuta is trying to defraud honest American business and my suggestion is to stay away form him and his salon. He never received equipment and we manage to return it after we shipped. He knew that reversed chares on his credit card he still called and ask for tracking number. This cost us 550 $ and we didnt charge this to him which we should because honest American business is suffering dealing with people
like Joe Shuta. Please stay form Joe Shuta and his Relax Session salon you will be happy you will. Joe Shuta is man that tries to got 4900 $ of equipment for free. I do have all documentation about fright being shipped and also about his
charback paperwork, If somebody needs it I will gladly present this to you. I do have all of the documentation that supports
my claim so stay away form Joe Shuta and his Relax Session salon. Today in our society we have a problem that
people want to defraud honest small American businesses by doing credit card purchases and than try get equipment and money as well. In case that happens to any of please spread the news so we can get protected.

What a complete exaggeration of the truth! Just Google "JTE Systems" or "JTE Systems - Rip Off" and see what comes up. These guys area s slimy as it gets. You'll find plenty of other dissatisfied former customers of this company! I'm one of the luckier businesses that had dealings with this company...as I was able to get my money back!
And...I'm sure the other negative posts from businesses that actually got JTE's crap equipment and paid these a__holes never got posts like I'm getting because JTE was afraid to go after them because of the real wrong JTE did to these businesses. JTE had their money and that was that...no need to stir-up a hornet's nest. With me...they had to return my money...ended up getting their equipment back and now are on this vendetta to smear my good name and new business.
Read the reports...mine is in there and explains all in DETAIL. Never was there intent to defraud or rip this company off! All I wanted was the equipment that was promised to me in the time frame they said they would. They say "a little time to get everything ready"...IT TOOK MORE THAN A MONTH!!! Nothing but excuses and empty promises.
"Small American Business"??? They actually have locations in at least 4 major cities from the West Coast to the East Coast...'small"...I don't think so! The only thing small is the brain of whomever continues to post these false and misleading reports (and maybe another body part). GET A LIFE!
Again...Google "JTE Systems - Scam" or "JTE Systems - Ripoff Report" ...read the reports on these guys and you be the judge. Anything connected to any negative report on me or my business is ONLY being posted by this guy who works at JTE. |
