i purchased a coupon from Groupon that was for a discount on at item from Redtag.com. The coupon was for $18 off a purchase. I went to the Redtag website and entered the Redemption Certificate number as instructed, then included credit card information for the remainder of the charge and shipping. Once i finalized the transaction they charged full price and full shipping. i have written and complained and they do not respond. Redtag does not provide a phone number or address to reach them. Redtag is a ripoff. Buyer Beware

I'm with uBid.com Customer Care and I am sorry to hear this customer had a bad experience with their Groupon redemption - since there's no information available here in their post, I would like to encourage this person to contact [email protected] directly with the order number and their name so we can take care of this immediately. Redtag.com does indeed have a link to support on our home page which includes our 800 number and link to our help webform but this email I've provided will also work - please contact us so we can help fix this experience!
