I have been reading all these reports on these people that semm to be the same people that are commiting fraud against me and my family. I am so upset that there is people who would stoop so low that would prowl on people when they are at their weakest and most vaulnerable. Well i am on the other side I am a renter at one of these peoples STOLEN properties, I always thought it was ackward when i would call them they would never answer, and when DEE DEE would say i will call you right back when you had a question or a request for something to be fixed, she never called back. I want to know what I can do I have young children, and I just started working I dont have $3,000 or $4,000 to go move in somewhere new. Some people tell me to keep on paying the rent and some people tell me not too. I am so confused. Just in the last two weeks we have gotten notices that this house is going to be sold within a month, the paper work posted on my front gate door does not even have Reconveyance Or Any Other Name They Have Used in any of those papers. These people are the lowest of the low!!!! They are messing with peoples lives, little children are involved in the middle. I want to know if anybody knows how and when these people are going down for p[laying with peoples lives like this and stealing hard earned money from us. Can anybody give me advice on what I can do? Do I keep on paying rent? But to who? Someone who doesnt deserve it or even owns it??? I Have paid well over $12,000 to these people.. I Hope They Throw The Book @ Them When They Do Go Down!!!!!!!!!! |

I would stop paying rent to them. Go to the county recorder's office and look up your house on their computers. It will show you what's going on with the property you're living in. If it's foreclosing (and it most likely is), the bank will own it and you don't need to pay to whoever they are calling themselves. The bank will give you cash for keys to help you move. Do you have Dee Dee's number or email??? I'd like to see if it's the same Dee Dee I dealt with. Would you recognize her in a picture? |

If you are paying them and you have posession of the house, and the house title is under the name in your contract, or their management company name is in your contract, then how are you defrauded? Do you have a contract? I run a placement agency in South LA and we have tenants that rent from our owners, and time and time again I see them stop paying the landlord, the landlord at that time that is, only to be evicted. It is no guarantee that you will receive cash for keys either, and although I discourage the practice, it is not illegal to rent your house out even if it is in foreclosure. When we get to court the judge always repeats this same statement. I deal with this allot as I am a nonprofit manager for relocated residents, and I suggest you make amends with your landlord, settle up in other words, and then move if you are not happy there. You can call us if you need help finding another place at 415-495-8012. Landlords, and that means owners or their managers, have one fool-proof guarantee for eviction in court, and that is the tenants failure to pay. We help the homeless as much as possible so please call if you need help or advice. Peter Palacios, Placement Specialist. |

I was ready to hand over money (they only want money order or cashers check) to a DD for renting a property in Riverside. The rental agreement is with "reconveyance trustees LLC" and the check is supposed to be made out to "Wilshire Management Co."
There is an Emily in the mix as well.
Too many things just don't add up so I decided to do a little searching and came upon this site.
I have a phone # for DD which is 714-610-0450
Emily has not given me a phone # buit the email address is [email protected]
I would like to know of any more information that you may have. |
