Realest International last letter I received from them stated the follow;The Future Prices in the Brazil Market
are still climbing due to their strong economy and due to all the good news
about Brazil's Future. Coconut
Grove has not even touched the strong local market which is growing bigger
and stronger every
day.We have seen, over the last
12 months, a numerous amount of developments selling out in the space
of weeks once they received
their Final Licenses and sell to the local market.
So we feel, for those of
you wishing to resell, that even
though there has not been much movement on the international market,
when we launch to the local market
in early 2010, you will do extremely well. We also want to thank all of
