hi Bought 2 cd's of these guys. completely useless unless you are an experienced hacker (I'm not, they are) left loads of messages via their 'Live' help line no joy finally got my cash back via No chex (think that's how ya spell it)

I sent off for a manual from this company.

On checking my bank account I find that they have taken two payments.

So far they have failed to respond to 4 emails.

Anyone have a phone number for these nice people?

the very same has happened to me, disc was useless, also have taken 2 payments from my account, they have replied to email and offered a refund, doubt i will get that, been to bank to block further payments, nothing the bank can do, the bank say they can get away with this because in there terms and conditions once you make a payment they can continue to take payments from your account for up to a month or even longer before anything can be done, the only way to stop it dead is to close your account completely.best thing to do is get the word out about these scamsters, and get their site closed down.cant believe they can get away with this.

I ordered a manual from Rapid manuals, received after a few days but Rapid manuals had taken two payments within two days of ordering and then attempted to take a further payment a few weeks later. I cancelled any further payments with Rapid maunals by e mail (no phone contact number available) Rapid manuals responded and asked for my order number. I also contacted the secure payment co Paypoint.net who were unable to help. I then contacted my cfedit card co who were helpful and were able to re claim the two disputed payments taken by Rapid manuals. I cancelled my credit card that Rapid manuals has taken the unortharised payments from. Had a search on line and found more similar comments about Rapid manuals and another similar company owned by the same individual. Have a search yourself before buying from Rapid manuals.

im pissed. i dont even know what was bought from these guys. they took 39.95 without authorization. im sending my wife to take all my money off the card. does anyone know how to check and see what the payment was for? or does anybody have anything i can use to contact this place and request a refund and maybe give them a piece of my mind?
