I purchased a micro t-cup pomeranian puppy from Sheryl and Carrie on 12/26/11 and received the puppy on 12/28/11 at 9:30pm. The pomeranian was very listless and did not bark when she arrived. I thought she may have been tired from the flight. She had poop stuck to her butt and her anus appeared to be sticking out. I told them how she was acting and they said that was her typical behavior. When I took her to the vet the next day they said she had a respiratory infection and worms and prescribed her clavamox and panacur. After receiving treatment from the clavamox she appeared more playful for about half a day. From then on she just got worse and worse. I got her checked out again and she was tested for Parvo as she had diarrhea and she had been vomiting. The test results came back a strong positive. I contacted Carrie and told her what was happening and if they have medical insurance to cover this. They said they needed to speak with the doctors. About an hour after admitting my puppy into the hospital I received a phone call stating that my puppy didn't make it. I cried and cried and told Carrie that I would like a refund. She said she needed to speak with her mother because they usually only give replacement puppies. I emailed Carrie all of the documents that I received from the Hospitals and kindly asked her for a refund. To make a long story short they blamed her illness on me and said the puppy was fine when she was shipped out and never had any complaints like this before. They refused to give me my money back and refused to cover her medical bills. When i spoke with the doctor who last saw my puppy he said that she was very sick and believes she may have had some kind of shunt placed in her lungs or may have had additional illnesses beside the Parvo because after placing a catheter in her her heart stopped beating. They were unsuccessful in re-susitating her.
