Radialabs SCAMMED!!! RADIALABS Hollywood, Florida |
29th of Apr, 2011 by User708896 |
Checked out the product on line. Decided not to try it as there was some small print that made me nervous about charging the card after 14 days etc. A couple days later, 3/22 I received a call from a sales girl urging me to try the product. She assured me there would not be any additional charges and there would not be a 14 day clause. I could have the bottle any only pay the shipping of $3.95. If I decided I wanted additional product I would have to contact the company to re order. She assured me I would not be charged. The number of course was bogus. I never did receive the product. While checking my credit card I see there is a charge of $74.95 placed 4/10 from Radialabs. I called them and I was told that they have a tracking number from the post office that the product was delivered. I assured them it was not and requested they issue a credit to my account. Plus I explained the original conversation I had had with the salesperson that even if I had received the product I was not to be charged and no charge had been authorized. They said they could not issue a credit so I placed a dispute with my credit card company. Then I see that on 4/22 I have another charge of $74.95 placed on my credit card. I called them on 4/29. I speak to Steve he said they are not allowed to give their last name. I explained the above situation to him he apologizes and says he has confirmation that the product has been delivered 4/29. I said thats strange because the very first product received was 4/28. Guess that blew a hole in the delivery confirmation validity. I told him I was returning it as I had not authorized delivery or a charge on my card. He tells me he cannot issue a credit until they receive the merchandise back. He gave me a RMA number in which to return the product, (this is the product I was supposed to originally have received for the $3.95 price. I explained if I was to return this one they then needed to also refund the $3.95 which I had paid for the original bottle which just showed up 4/28. Steve said they could not refund the $3.95 as it was paid to the post office for shipping costs. I tell him I want to speak to a supervisor he tells me he is one. I tell him I want the original 4/10 charge refunded and the 4/22 charge refunded this day. He tells me he cannot do that. I explained I will be reporting the company as a scam. He said they are not and they have every right to process the charges on my card even though I have not authorized them. That is my story, Im sure it is very familiar to many. |
