On the internet, I saw a floating ad (partnered with another company, ACM HYDROXATONE)and agreed to try a FREE sample of wrinkle face cream - and gave c/c number to pay postage of $12.95 in Dec 2010. I was shocked to see in Jan two charges of $74.95 were on my c/c statement - and 2 more separate orders were delivered to me, which I did NOT open but returned to them as NOT ORDERED - REJECTED. The phone number of the ad did NOT work - and the e-mail said DO NOT reply to this, but I did anyway. On Feb 22, I finally found a phone number for them which connected, so I asked for refunds and cancelled the account. However, another charge was processed, but no product came. On April 27, I got an e-mail saying they had given me ONE refund of $75.95. They insist that I did not cancel within 30 days so I cannot return product or get refunds. I insist that I NEVER ORDERED OR AGREED TO PAY FOR ANY OF THEIR PRODUCT - my only authorized use of the c/c was for POSTAGE only. I also insist that if I never opened an account with them I should NOT have to cancel anything. They say that product which is rejected upon delivery does NOT get refunds because I am supposed to phone them first and get a number to attach to the return.
I have returned 3 jars of their wrinkle cream (including first FREE one) - and I want 3 refunds of $74.95 (not just ONE refund) HYDROXATONE tried to do the same scam, but returned my money when I returned the unordered cream.
