| I was checking my bank account online and saw a $74.95 overdraft and an overdraft fee and a $ .60 international ATM fee!!!!!! There were two withdrawals of $74.95 from, I thought, two different companies until I realized that RL stood for radialabs. I am really ticked off. I did not order anything, receive anything, or authorize these funds deleted from my account. Now I have to change my bank card number, so these a__holes don't get another dime from me. I found a phone number, and intend to use it to complain, try to get my money back, and report them to authorities. I mean, that's almost $200!!!!! If there is a class action lawsuit going on anywhere, add me in !!!! |

| This has happened to me also, i am from the UK they have taken money from my account end July and now another 2 weeks later, i have received product though. My bank have disgusted me they say i cant stop the payment and changing my number wont work, they can still take money. I am now going through the fraud team but this will take time. Santander is my bank, are all banks this way? |

| i have just got my money back from this company thanks to LlOYDS TSB BANK i went on google maps to find the address at herts found shop next door i could see phone number so i rang the shop they then checked next door at the address and wot a supprise no such company there got straight on to my bank explained to them wot i had done still had not recieved anything from the company as well .sent my bank a copy of this site with all your remarks as well explained that i had tried every way to get in touch with this SCAM COMPANY AND WAS TOLD THEY WOUL DEAL WITH IT AS GOODS NOT BEEN RECIEVED EITHER TODAY I HAVE RECIEVED MY MONEY BACK HOPE YOU READ THIS AND HAVE SAME RESULT PLEASE PRINT THIS AND TAKE IT TO YOUR BANK AND GOOD LUCK ONCE AGAIN I WOULD LIKE TO THANK LlOYDS TSB BANK FOR ALL THERE HELP RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE FOR THERE QUICK ACTION IN CONTACTING THE SCAMMERS BANK GOOD LUCK EVERYONE |

Likewise here. Ordered the free sample never recieved it and just been charged 69.95 from my mastercard. The number next to the transaction on your statement is the contact number but it just gives an out of office reply.
I have spoken to my card company and have had to download a dispute form and complete. They will then take the case up on my behalf and its so obvious its a scam hopefully i will get my money back.
Whats important here is once you raise a dispute of the transaction your credit/debit card company will not let anymore payments be taken. SO A WAY TO STOP THIS COMPANY WITHOUT CANCELLING YOUR CARD.
Just be quick with getting your forms back to your card provider.

| Same thing happened to me - just noticed two amount of£69 coming out visa account. i have called through to 001 888 804 3579 - this is a call centre acting on behalf of radialabs. omg are they raking it in or what... anyway they are based in uk at unit 2d gate industrial estate, lowfield heath, crawley rh11 0tg - the girl gave me a rma number (return materials authorisation number) to send with my two bottles for a full refund. seems that there is no such thing as a free trial at original con amount of $5.95 is for postage and then if you do not cancel their order within 18 days it goes straight out your account. so everyone be warned not to enter into anything on line with the company.. iThe website does not state all that so they are definitely defrauding. two people that helped me on the above number were PAULA AND BRITTNEY ... IF THAT HELPS ANYONE ELSE TODAY. |

I have just received my credit card statement and have two amounts of £69.95 -£139.90 taken without my authority from this company.I received a free sample in July and have received another today not ordered!!
I have had my crediot card stopped and a new one to be issued as I have notrified the credit card company of these unauthorised amounts.

| I too have been scammed. I paid the first postage payment last month, then have now been charged 69.95. I also used the connecting company that says you can use the cream to go with this product at 29.95 which i have purchased but have never received. Contacted them by email which they said they will deal with but have not as of yet. This product i orderd at the same time as the other which was in on the 16th August 2011. |

Have since spoken to Radialabs direct in America and was advised that I should have read the terms and conditions!!!
A refund for the last amount taken (£69.95) and have returned the goods to Attention Radialabs Returns, Unit 2d, Gatwick Gate Industrial Estate, Lowfield Heath, Crawley, RH11)TG.So if you receive from the advert remember to cancel within 14 days!!! Ring tel no 0018888043579 American time.

| I have also been conned by these people. They have taken the origional £5.95 for sample which i can honsestly say that i did not see any mention of any more being sent without confirmation) also two payments of £69.95, and the next payment is due in another couple of days. I have been given numerous phone numbers even one by my bank, but cannot manage to get through to any of them. Does anyone have an e-mail address for Rls skincare as im getting desparate now. If these items are being shipped from london why are all the phone nos for america? PLEASE HELP!!! |

| I asked and paid, so i thought 5 dollars for a free trail teh 5 dollars being postage .Tthey have been taking 69 dollars from my account and i never received the free trail. I have tried to stop them claiming but their number does not connect . Can any one give me a number that works !!! they are scamers and need to be stopped |

Don' bother trying to phone them, they just keep ypu hanging on the phone, saying high volume of calls. Total scam. How they get away with it I don't know!!! Just change their name and carry on again!!!
By the way, watch out for BELLABRITE, think it could be RADIALABS in diguise!!! |

| I too have been scammed I have just phoned them and apparently have been able to cancel my so called subscription, they have taken £54.95 from my account and I'm absolutely fuming, irate and flummoxed to think that our bank cannot stop the payment. WE MUST LEARN FROM THIS !!! |
