Radialabs advertised on internet explorer page. In their internet page it says just send 3.95 and try our product for 14 days if not satisfied then send back, if you decide to keep it then you will be billed 74.95 once a month and we will send 30 day supplies. I ordered on 1/14/11 their skin cream, i recieved it on 1/21/11, i opened the box and saw a small tube of cream in the box, i sent the cream back on 1/27/11 by UPS with a mail receipt, i tried to call the company at 1800-886-8805 3 days in a row, the first two times i was on hold for 5+ minutes w/no answer from human voice and the third day i got a woman on the line, she said where did you get this phone number from, i told her i got it from terms and conditions fine print from radialabs, she said they are using our # illegally (she said our co is Dermatage) and could you please fax us the page that has this info on to me at 213-232-3399 and i said yes and did that. I noticed Radialabs charged 74.95 on my bank statement on 1/2711 and again on 2/10/11, i got their phone # off my bank statement and i called, i got a person named Jasmine, told her my situation and she says i didnt call them back to get return authorization and she said thats not their fault and i told her they gave the wrong phone # and she said it was a correct #, she said with a tracking # that they would refund my second charge of 74.95 but not my first charge, she said because i didnt contact them that i would get the first charge back, and she also said it will take up to 15 days to get my second charge returned. So i did call back ten minutes later on 2/10/11and gave the person (a man answered i didnt get his name) my UPS tracking # and he acknowledged that they received the package and i will get my refund for 74.95 (second charge) but not my first charge of 74.95, i told him you can either give my first charge back or i will go to the media including CNN and other affiliates which they claim endorsed their product and he didnt care.

I also have been scammed by these people. They are deliberatly hiding the fact that you are subscribing to there ridiculous overcharged product.
The time allowed for the trial is deliberately short so you can't send it back in time.
The packaging had no info in it, again the idea is to confuse.
Please anyone else who has been cheated out of hard earned money by these people make a fuss on tv press or consumer websites.
I have had £237.00 taken without authorisation and it is hard to cancel.
