Ordered and paid for NEW merchandise, received USED apparel. In March 2011, PayRoll LLC signed an working agreement with Jane Dragonas Close Out Consultants, New Heaven, CT for the representation in buying clothing and Closeout merchandise consulting. We agreed that we are looking for strictly new merchandise for our operation overseas. Mrs. Dragonas started sending us offers for clothing and apparel. Based on our buyers request, we sent a inquiry for
5000 to 10000 jeans that we are interested in buying. Our request was that merchandise has to be NEW, with the certificate of authenticity, with no visible damages and with all paperwork. Mrs. Dragonas stated that she found such a merchandise through her old contact and business associate Mr. Ray Cline and that we can have it for $5.00 USD a piece. We decided to buy 5040 units at this time. Merchandise was described as overstock from major US retail stores, in
new condition, undamaged, but broker did not disclose the location of the merchandise. After several phone calls to Mrs Dragonas, we decided to move forward with this purchase per agreement. We paid 10% deposit to R Cline Co Inc.(2500.00 USD) to secure the stock and release information on the goods location so we can organize transportation, fee of $1260.00 to Mrs Jane Dragonas Close Out Consultants. After few days, we paid the remainder of the total cost to R Cline Co Inc of $22700.00 so he can release the merchandise. Merchandise was located in El Paso, TX in CA Warehouse, 400 Inglewood Dr, 79927. We contacted person in charge there, Mr. Chito Agular and we asked for manifest, brand names list, but we received only manifest with sizes. We arranged truck transportation from El Paso, TX to Houston, TX and ocean container freight from Houston, TX to Port of Koper, Slovenia and truck transportation to Customs Warehouse in Szeged, Hungary (cost of 1000.00 EUR plus customs broker fees of around 800.00 EUR in Koper, Slovenia) Final destination for the merchandise was Customs Warehouse in Szeged, Hungary when merchandise was to be sold to secured buyer. Upon merchandise rrival, our buyers and us inspected the received goods and we found out that all of 5040 units were used, worn and not a new merchandise. We immediately contacted Jane Dragonas by phone from Close Out Consultants and told her that we received used jeans instead of new. We never talked or even discussed used jeans, and Mrs. Dragonas told us that that was not the deal and that she will contact Mr Cline to see what is going on. Mr. Cline from R Cline Co Inc. refuses to talk to us and to answer a simple question from our broker what was the condition of the merchandise. Was it NEW or USED. We can provide full correspondence to prove those facts. We did not order used jeans, nor we can sell it. We feel deceived and cheated out of our hard earned money. We either want this merchandise returned and money returned including all our expenses or replaced for correct and as ordered goods. We ordered 5040 NEW 1st quality jeans and we received 5040 USED/Second Hand jeans. Used Jeans are located in Bonded Customs Warehouse in Europe and Mr. Cline can sell them to someone else from there. |

| sorry to tell you but you will not get anything from this man . he is a big scam artist and he has scammed many people out of their money .. at least you are located in the USA and can file with better business bureau against him . we arfe located out of the country and so could not get any money back ... please keep spreading the word about this man and hopefully one day, justice will find him locked up in jail . |
