Qresolve web addy used once tech support took over was www.tweakers.com Qresolved is a ripoff Internet, Florida

On 4/24/2013 I purchaced Word 2013 the new way of getting a product key is to get a small cardboard paper that you scratch off and get the key, I scratched too much and lost the key. This company represented itself as Microsoft. I call the 24/7 hotline and an India Indian speaking man answered I told him my problem, he stated oh yes maam we can help you with this problem. he tried to remotely access my computer and at 30 seconds he said this is too long your computer is messed up and you need techincal support, 249.99 for a whole year of any type of tech support you need. I gave them my information and was then sent to tech support. The web addy was www.tweakers .com, I asked over and over what he was doing when a bunch of things rolled onto my screen. He ignored me never spoke to me and finally muted me so I could not hear him. Once done he started talking and still would not tell me what he did to my computer. He sent me back to the first man to continue on with the process of getting a product key. As soon as I was switched over my computer put a display of Your Computer is running slow. It had never showed me this and I became greatly concerned and was starting to get irrate as I was figuring out they were ripping me off. I told the first man this and he put me back to the tech guy who wanted to see this, I told him it came up and faded off of the screen. I raised my voice and told him he was a fraud and had just ruined my computer. He tried to talk and I hung up. He called me back three times that night the last time at 1130 pm. I finally told him to loose my number forget my name and never call me again. The first and third times he blocked his number but the second phone call he messed up and I had the number he had called from. The next am I went to Office Max and told them what had happened and asked for a new product key. The tech there wanted to look at my computer, he offered it as a free service...he and another Microsoft Certified Techs spent 14 hours fixing my computer. Qresolve had planted tons of programs, malware etc and many of them were very deep you had to know what you were doing to find them. The Office Max tech stated "They really f'd up your computer". Office Max fixed my computer for free, loaded Office for me, and gave me 20% off Word 2013. The Office Max man also called the company to arrange getting my money back. I was told 2-3 days and they would email me and call me when the money was returned. I do not believe that they will do as they have said, I have gotten my bank involved so they can go after this company to get my money returned. This is the third day and I have heard nothing from them, but I have researched them on the web and found many people have the same things happen to them.
