I purchased products from them BEFORE their black friday sale and have STILL NOT RECEIVED THEM!!!!!!!! Three weeks?! Really? That's ridiculous! I purchased from three different businesses at the time that I placed my order for Qhemet Biologics products...one of them was a supplier in CANADA. I STILL have not received my Qhemet Biologics order. This is the ONLY business that I have ever purchased from where it takes them a whopping THREE FULL WEEKS to just send out your order. Please keep in mind that this does not even COUNT USPS's shipping time! They wont even upgrade your shipping either! So on top of having to wait three weeks to receive your products, you have to wait and extra week just for them to deliver it to you. This is my second time purchasing from Qhemet Biologics and every time has been a terrible one but this one just takes the cake. I hated all of the Qhemet Biologics products with the exception of the AOHC. Their terrible Wheatgrass Cleansing Tea mess left my hair a ratted mess and made it frizzy. The Cocoa Tree Detangling Ghee is greasy and does not detangle or soften a darn thing. It's horrible. My hair was so matted and really not moisturized...it was actually inherently DRY with a grease film. How can a conditioner leave your hair matted and dry?! At this point I dont even want the Qhemet Biologics products anymore and am seriously considering a chargeback. Three weeks is ridiculous. They dont even warn you. They just shut down their site and put (products out of stock...shop will open *insert date here*) while your order is pending!!!!!! No consideration for the customer at all. DO NOT BUY!
