I took my 94 BMW to Purrfect auto out in Henderson just to get the oil changed. I ended up paying $45 to get my oil changed and they do a 40 point inspection also. So I the inspection he comes back and say's my transmission needs to be flush. I exsplained that I don't have any money and I am a single mother with no job or income at all. I babysit my sisters daughter just to get my oil changed. So about a few days after that my transmission popped out of drive and now it's slipping. Desert bmw said not to flush the fluid because it would damage my car. It's to old. So never having any problem before I took my car there I start to actually fix the car myself.

I am qualifide to work on cars. Turns out they never even changed the filter with my oil change and the transmission fluid had been let out so it was so low it would show problems and I would have to take it to them to fix it. The low level of the fluid caused it to burn and now I am with out a car due to them tinkering with my transmission fluid. I just bought this car 4 months ago so I could get out and fin work. Now I have nothing and I really would like them to pay for what they have done. I want a new transmission or I want to be re emburst for the price of my car so I can get another. It is not fair! All I wanted was an oil change and I lost my only source of transportation over it. I want justice!!!
