In an update we have located additional information from outside sources indicating that RODNEY D. BAKER was also involved in two and possibly three additional lawsuites involving fraud, and according to outside sources, two other individuals took RODNEY BAKER to trial regarding additional moneyies he took from them Sources indicate the two seperate Plaintiffs were going to bring Criminal charges against BAKER, but somehowe he obtained money and resolved the debts rather than face a FULL INVESTIGATION into thev FRAUD.

Prior clients have stated that BAKER's OPERATIONS are run out of his home and by the seat of his pants. Information uncovered and passed on that BAKERS finances at BEST are from minutes to minute. This is the reason he requires substantial deposits to commence work on NEW PROJECTS. It seems there are questionable times he can't pay his CREW and obtains additional deposits from NEW CLIENTS to pay his CREW from the prior jobs.

It was also learned that two former employees had to contact the Sheriff's Department and actually went to his residency to obtain their pay. Sources also indicated that the two former employees were about to proceed to the Hour and Wages Department to file a complaint regarding money he was trying notb to paythem. It was also learned that the employees were prepared to bring BAKER to COURT, which would have opened up even more questionable situations with the Department of Labor . It was learned that in some cases vpermits may have not been pulled but work proceeded anyway. This leaves one to wonder what has gone on that was questionable or was not done probably by the county permits Departments by Baker. There are questions of the possibilty that local authorities may or may have not inspected work that was being done through no fault of local building permit Departments. If one does not apply for a permit, the local authorities can not be blamed for something that may have been required, but was never applied for. It was also made mention that Mr. Baker may not be licensed and Bonded nor Insured. This may come out at TRIAL. Baker may be in SERIOUS PROBLEMS if he is neither licensed... insuired... or Bonded and " up to date "
