Prospective Buyers Beware! Do not buy anything from this company. They will steal your money. I purchased a stuffed buddy from this company (about $100) for my friend's birthday which has now passed. I waited for 6 weeks to get this gift in the mail. When my shipping date had arrived and passed I sent them an email asking what happened. They shipped it to the wrong address. I then received an email saying they would start making me a new one (another 6 weeks) and then mail it to the correct address. I replied and said not to worry about it, just refund me my money. They never responded. Since I have sent the email (3 weeks ago) I have heard nothing back! I have no stuffed buddy, I have not been refunded, and have sent several more emails regarding the matter with still no response. I don't understand how a company can ignore a paying customer like this. As an added bonus, my server is no longer aloud to access their website (which is the only way to contact them btw). I did not even know it was possible to block someones server but apparently so. Today, it has been 9 weeks since I ordered and purchased my buddy. I too am filing a claim with the better business bureau and talking with my bank about taking the charge off my account. This company needs to be held responsible as does its director, Dave Altuna, who in my opinion is a prick. Hope this steers your business away from this dishonest and cheap company.
