I don't even know where to begin with stating the unprofessionalism and poor customer service i have received from this "company". I, like many others on here and other consumer complaint sites, believe that it is run by one young kid who doesn't know what he's doing. I ordered a 7" netbook from them as well as a 2 year warranty. A few days after i placed my order i received a phone call from the only person who seems to work there to confirm my address and payment method. After that he ended up talking me into purchasing an extra 3 hour battery and 2GB of memory for about $30 more than what i was going to pay. He then told me that they were shipping my order that night and i should have my order by the latest a week from that day. A week passed and nothing came. So i emailed them to ask what was going on and i only got an automated message about how busy they've been because of black Friday and it has been processed, shipped and was in transit (even though my package was supposedly shipped way before black Friday). So another week passes, no package again. I emailed them AGAIN and got no response. I tried calling about 5 times and i was either put on hold for an hour til i just hung up or was not given a straight answer and ended up hanging up in frustration. Finally after 3 WEEKS I received the netbook and the charger only. No extra battery, no 2GB of memory, and no warranty document. I tried emailing the company one last and final time and still no response a week later. I finally realized i wasn't going to get anywhere talking to them and i went to my bank and had to file a charge dispute against them for the extra stuff and warranty. To top it all off, the netbook does not have a wifi card installed in it. It has no wifi capabilities at all!!! The software is installed but not the hardware. WHO SELLS LAPTOPS WITH NO WIFI?!?!?!?! The thing is basically useless. This guy is a total low life scam artist looking to make a buck off of hard working people who don't have a ton of money for a real laptop. If you've experienced problems with this joke of a company i suggest filing a complaint with the FTC at their website like i did. Hopefully some good will come out of us getting screwed out of our hard earned money and someone will shut him down for shady business practices so that no one else can lose their money to him like we did. |
