Netbook Scam, Something you should know! |
26th of Aug, 2011 by monalisa |
Want to know is Prosource wireless is running a netbook scam? Well I can attest that it is not. I got exactly what I paid for. I bought a black netbook, and tablet. Both arrived in a timely manner.
These will make perfect gifts for my grandchildren. I had some issues setting it up. When I called I was helped by a nice boy named Shawn. He was so kind and very knowledgeable.
I truly believe there is some good guys left on the internet! Do your research, check Ratings and reviews!
God Bless!

Got my netbook today. What a piece of junk. Its like a childs you computer. They charged me for a six hour battery that died in one hour. During that time I was attempting to get on line with no luck. It would not connect to my wifi. After reading these other reviews I decided instead of connecting the company I would just use it as target practice. Its no longer in returnable condition. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. |

I ordered a red Otterbox case for my iPhone 4S, as advertised by ProSource Wireless. After I placed the order, I was looking around on the OtterBox website and discovered that they've never made a RED case for the 4S, only for the iPhone 4. There are significant designs differences between the 4 and 4S cases, because of needing a larger opening for the camera lens and the antenna is in a different location now. So I called ProSource, asked when it was likely to arrive, and explained that I needed to return it. The guy said it should come "any day" but that I would get a full refund. When it arrived, I sent it straight back to the address from which it came, including a letter explaining the problem and naming it as false advertising. I have delivery confirmation that it was received on 2/13/12. Then I got a phone call from the place it was received at, expressing confusion about it having been sent there, as it's a warehouse. There was no way I could know it was a warehouse. The guy there said they'd take care of it. I have not received a refund. |

Mona" Give me a break "Mona". I am sure it's your husbands business and you are attempting to do damage control! Well I got news for you..I was able to get a refund for 2 Netbooks I never received (ordered 3 months ago). So, I guess you can't get your nails done with my money!! and with any luck, Prosource will go out of business and then you are going to be screwed when you have to dye your own hair and paint your nails!!! |

The first power cord had both its prongs pull out and be left in the wall socket...I had to turn off the electricity to the room just to get them out. The "upgraded 6 hour battery" is lucky to last 3. The replacement power cord left 1 prong in the wall socket on the very first use. Plus, on the netbook end it actually pushed the connection INTO the netbook so there is absolutely no way to charge it! I've been emailing Prosource for the past month and have gotten to response...and I bought the extended warranty!!! What a bunch of crooks!!! |
