Printer jamming is just a total headache especially if it happens about 90% of the time. It’s new and it’s from Safe National of America. I just bought it a month ago, I have to do trouble shooting for the most part, and it actually causes a great deal of effort and delay on my part. Now, I wouldn’t have to suffer right? So I went to the store and negotiated with the sales manager. He said if they’re going to replace it, it would have to be another model. I agreed, but then when I got the delivery, there at the back of the printer was the big label “refurbished”. It could have been okay, but there were no cords and no ink cartridges. The jokes are on me. Now I’m beginning to feel angry about all these. Once the paper jamming gets solved, I’m faced with another problem. So how do they want me to deal with it? They’re supposed to be accountable. Shouldn’t they at least be apologetic? Now I’m left with a refurbished product that would probably cost not as much as my previous purchase. This is some kind of a horrible nightmare.
