| About three months my community switched without notice to Primecast. Previously had another service without problems. Since using Primecast tv service is out after every storm and no one can say when service will be returned. What is so insulting is that I watched as a technician walk pass me to another apartment not 50 ft away from mine. A week has passed and still without service. Checked internet for complaints against Primecast and found numerous complaints for tv, internet, and phone service.Worst technical and customer service I ever had. Individual consumers and owners of apartment and condo communities BEWARE OF PRIMECAST THEY ARE A RIPOFF and will be a nightmare for you. |

| this company sucks suck sucks. i was suppose to have my service connected June 8th. they rescheduled the hook up 4 times, then when someone showed they told me they didnt have the right equipment, that was in July. its now august 12th no one has shown up, called me back, or tried to fix the problem. then when i call with an attitude they act like i have the problem. im glad i seen all this now, because if i had paid money and they acted like this i would have sued someone. |

Primecast is not only a JOKE but a NIGHTMARE! We have also been STUCK w/ Primecast due to the contract our apartment manager has with them. IT SUCKS! They have been nothing but unhelpful. Very rude and unwilling to help and answer questions. Its as if I'm bothering them my calling with questions or concerns. Um...isn't that part of you freaking job? Apparently any moron is hired to answer phones and attempt to provide customer service.
We had a HUGE mix up between our old service w/ DirecTV to the switch over to Primecast. Needless to say Primecast has suspended service (internet & satellite/cable). Despite it being their error they still refuse to turn our internet back on. DirecTV has even gotten involved to help us get a competent person from Primecast to pull their head out of their @$$. No luck. DirecTV turned our satellite on as soon as we told them the error Primecast made. We have a HUGE credit due to us from DirecTV because of Primecast's error and even after DirecTV contacted and confirmed information and amounts w/ the morons @ Primecast, Primecast still HAS NOT turned our internet back on.
We've called three times since DirecTV sent our credit to Primecast and each time the morons there have something different to say about why our internet isn't turned on yet. We asked to speak to their manager or supervisor and their response was 'we don't have any of those'. WTF?
Primecast is a crock of poop! Buyer beware. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. CONTACT YOUR COMPLEX MANAGERS AND NOTIFY THEM OF COMPLAINTS W/ PRIMECAST. Otherwise, GOOD LUCK! |
