I received this certificate as an incentive for helping a friend with a new business. A company uses this incentive and I suspect the company that contracts with them doesn't really know how bad they are. First you send $15.00 to get a brochure, then you fill out a complex brochure with lots of confusing rules regs etc and send a check. If you make 1 error they refuse to honor the travel incentive and then they tell you they will give you a "discounted rate". In my case they told me I got a "non compliance" letter which I never got and I'm sure they never sent. I had to hunt for them on the internet to find out why I didn't get my travel reservation forms. They did agree to send me back the 2nd check but the first $15.00 seems lost to the cause and frankly returning that money if I even get it doesn't cure the problem. I took an action based on an incentive of a vacation and then this company does everything they can to make sure you dont' get it but feel backed into a corner to then take a "discount" instead of the free offer you are actually entited to minus small payment of taxes which was fine with me. The guy I spoke to on the phone Al McKnight was such a jerk. I did tell him this was "bullsh*t" and he didn't like my language but he was so disgraceful on the phone and they are obviously such a scam but have figured out such a shrewd way of pulling it off that they don't really get caught ripping people off. I didn't accept his offer for a "discount" but nonetheless I'm furious and my friend and I are out a much needed well deserved vacation which really makes me angry. Just filling out all their rediculous paperwork entitles you to a vacation.
