This company is the worse ever. The people they have working here are rude and very unprofessional. I was interested in renting a 46" Plasma, and the very first time they delivered the TV, it had a scratch on the screen along with a crack inside of it. I went in personaly to the store to return the TV, and the representative didn't even offer me any deals to keep me as a customer, didn't even apologize for the incovenience or tried to handle the situation at hand. I waited for about two more weeks before I decided to go with them again, and this time I thought everything wourld go ok. I spoke with Chris who is suppose to be the manager of the store and assure me that my TV would arrive on Friday between 12 and 3 in the afternoon. Once again, they failed to do so.... This time the delivery guy didnt' even come to my door or even knocked on my door, he actually went to the wrong place. I called the store to speak with a Tiffany who was very rude and did not assist me in any way and blamed this whole thing on me, "The Customer". On top of everything, they were charging me $130 dollars per month to rent a 46". I decided to call Aaron's to see what type of deals they had, and you won't believe that not only were they professional, nice and understanding, they gave me a 50" TV for $81 per month....... Now you tell me! I advise anyone who is even thinking of doing business with them to rethink what you are about to do. They are way more expensive then the two major rental companies who have been around for many years, and are now a household name around the country. I give Premier Rentals a "0"
