Premier Global Marketing Sales person promisses one thing however terms and conditions state otherwise.Internet
29th of Dec, 2011 by User221925
I get a call out of the blue from a gal saying she is from Premier Global Marketing, she would like to advertise my company on the web via Bing/Yahoo/MSN. Normally I just hang up on these calls but I let her say her pitch. She said normally the fee is 79.99 a month for their service but for the first month I would only have to pay 14.95, if I didn't feel it was working I could cancel prior to being charged the normal monthly fee. I thought a month of advertising for 14.95 was reasonable because she said my ad would be guaranteed a locked in "PHRASE" or search "KEYWORD", in addition it would be in FIRST POSITION as long as I was paying them to market my website. I agree, give them my credit card and they said ok it's non refundable, she redirects my call to an account rep to confirm my information and what I am paying for... First off he says the phone conversation is now being recorded, (ok fine) AHHH things start to change quickly... the rep goes over my payment, address and says ok and your Keyword/Phrase for search engines is ( yadda yadda )... I SAID WAIT A SECOND! that's NOT what the sales gal said, I told him exactly what she said and I agreed to on the sales call.... he said ok, I see ok, well ok we can give you that phrase it is still available, I said ok (figuring it was a honest mistake, it wasn't), end of phone call they said they would send me a confirmation via email. 45 minutes goes by and I get the email (from a donotreply address none the less), I go down the email to the terms and conditoins which are in such small print I had to cut and paste them into word doc to read them (and I don't have contacts and never worn glasses). I quickly see that it states WE CANNOT GUARANTEE PLACEMENT OF YOUR AD.... AHHHH there it is, I am F'ning PISSED OFF... I politely call and speak to a gal and let her know I was lied to and would like to cancel, she informs me well don't worry about it, you'll be on the first page somewhere, I said NO, that is NOT was I was sold I want my money back... so after going back and forth with this gal I DEMAND a manager, she transfers me to a guy who proceeds to remind me the conversations are recorded, so I said fine pull them up and you'll see I WAS LIED TO... he pulls my account and I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT, the phrase AGAIN, was manipulated to something ELSE... I said now you have lied to me twice, your staff told me it was FIXED, he said well actually I like this one better I thing it will work better for you I said, you know what, it's a mute point, cause now you have lied to me twice and I want my money back.... he said he needed to go to a higher up for a refund, he came back and said ok, it's done...you'll be getting a refund confirmation email...... THAT HAS YET TO SHOW UP..... GREASY SALES PEOPLE!!!! BEWARE!!!
